Renting a car in Geneva

I'm concerned after reading a few posts on about being able to rent a car in "France" by renting at the French sector of the Geneva airport. This would avoid an international drop-off fee if the car were to be returned in France. For our trip in July, I want to do the opposite, I'd like to rent and return in Switzerland...a pick-up in Geneva at the airport, then drive to France (Burgundy / Alsace) and Germany (Black Forest) before spending some time in the BO and Lucerne before returning the car to Zurich. I went on the Autoeurope site and saw that you can rent a car in either France or Switzerland by renting at the Geneva airport. How do I ensure that my rental is truly Switzerland-to-Switzerland and avoid the extra charges? Thanks in advance for any clarification you can provide!

I think it's only Sixt and Hertz that are on both sides.
Kayak should show locations.

Just specify when reserving the car. That way, it will also come with a Swiss vignette.
