We have a day to spend in Geneva and are interested in Reformation sights, particularly related to John Calvin, in Geneva. Also, anything else the community feels is visit worthy. Thanks!

Not reformation related, but if you are into science/physics, the CERN tour is just wonderful. You would need to reserve tickets just about exactly 2 weeks in advance. If you don't get tickets, but find yourself with some time, the CERN exhibits(without a tour) are quite good as well. We stopped by the UN office which was interesting.
Thank you so much for the advice...we will be following up these ideas!
There are at least 3 sights you should see.
Go to Google.com/maps and go to Geneve, CH.
Find St. Pierre Cathedral (John Calvin's church). [I recommend the taking the steps up to the bell tower there.]
The next building North of that is the International Museum of the Reformation. Its entrance is one the opposite side of the church's entrance, so when you leave the cathedral's front door, take a u-turn to your right, walking to the outside back of the church, where you can see the entrance to the museum.
Also, 200 yards to the South-West of the church is the Reformation Wall (also on Google maps), with huge statues of the reformers:
