Recommended accommodations in Grindelwald, Switzerland

We will be in Switzerland in August and would like to stay two nights in the central part of Grindelwald. Any recommendations for moderate (not cheap) priced lodging would be appreciated.

We stayed at ASPEN ALPIN LIFESTLE HOTEL, or Aspen House, Grindelwald, WE LOVED THIS STAY. THE RESTRAUNT FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING. ROOMS WERE CLEAN SIMPLE WITH A BALCONY. OURS FACED THE North face of the Eiger. Don’t miss the cogwheel train to the top of Jungfraujach. From here you can walk on a glacier, walk to a hut used by climbers for the 3 peaks in this area. From the hotel there are multiple marked hiking trails goinG into the mountains and valleys. If you decide to go watch the movie “North Face” about climbing teams from the 1930s competing. It will give more meaning to the Eiger and the cogwheel train and towns on the route. A short drive from Grindelwald or a longer hike is Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. A quaint town. We wer lucky enough to see BASE jumping competition off the cliffs here. Continue through the town and at the end of the road is a UNESCO world heritage site good for hiking.
