I intend to take a experience the helicopter ride (20 - 45 min max) in Swiss Alps during my trip to Switzerland. My base location will be in Lucerne and than closer to Lauterbrunnen. Any recommendation (based on experience) for helicopter ride in either of these locations is welcome.

The only experience I have with helicopters around there is hiking quietly in the mountains and then having to deal with the noise of the helicopters disturbing my walk.

Amen to that! The only time a helicopter should be used in the alps is the REGA Swiss Air Rescue. Have you considered paragliding from Murren down into the Lauterbrunnen Valley?

If you google "Switzerland helicopter tours" you will find companies and locations. One I saw offered vouchers---220 CHF for a 20-minute flight.
