Rail pass purchase options

I will be wanting to buy a Swiss Travel Pass (the new name for the one that in 2014, when I last used it, was called a Swiss Pass - the one that covers all travel except high lifts, and also acts as a Museum Pass).

As far as I can tell, these are my purchase options:

Buy from Rail Europe/Rick Steves, in USD, and have it shipped to me (shipping extra).
Buy from Rail Europe/Rick Steves, in USD, and print it at home (no extra charge for this).
Buy from Swiss Rail, in CHF, and print it at home (no extra charge).
Buy it on arrival (Zurich airport), in CHF.

At this time, it appears the price in CHF is slightly better than in USD, and I have a credit card with no fees for foreign use. So, I'm considering either buying it on arrival, or from Swiss Rail in advance to print out (having printer issues at the moment, so I may wait until I get there).

Are there any other issues I've missed, or anything I've got wrong?

Your understanding looks pretty complete, Harold. But if the order in question costs $399 or more, then Rail Europe doesn't charge for UPS shipping.
