As the previous post, train times on the SBB website: https://www.sbb.ch/en

You cannot Buy Swiss passes in Milan, only at Swiss railway stations.
If you are leaving immediately (are you at the airport?), just buy normal tickets from Milan airport to Milano Centrale (main station in the city centre) and from there to Luzern.
Once at Luzern, you can go into the ticket office at Luzern station (lower level), and work out whether you need a pass, or whether just normal tickets would be cheaper.
If it is just Border --> Luzern --> Zermatt --> Border, normal tickets are the best option.

You will need to take the Express train from Malpensa airport to Milano Centrale station. That is 13 EUR per person and no passes accepted on that one.
If you going directly back to Malpensa airport, you can get off the train from Zermatt at Domodossola and take a bus to the airport, costing 15 EUR.

As far as passes go, depends on what other trips you will take while in Luzern and Zermatt. You have a nominal 240 CHF of full fare tickets within Switzerland. A Half Fare Card for 120 CHF will break even and benefit with any other trips, like to Rigi in Luzern or the Gornergratbahn in Zermatt. Passes are more expensive and only give 50% on the Gornergratbahn, but do cover Mt Rigi and lake boats in Luzern. You really need to know what you plan to do while there to make that decision.

Here’s a website I found helpful in deciding which, if any pass we would buy for our April day trip to Switzerland for 7 days. Scroll down and there is a link to a spreadsheet so you can compare travel pass, half fare card, or point to point (discounted) or full price. Plug in everything you know you want to do- trains ferries, trams, museums. Look at totals to see if a pass is break even. Then add the maybes, basing discount % on pass rules.
swiss passes

Saver fares can save you money, but you are tied to a specific train and time. Saver day passes are good for a day (starting at 52€), available 60 days out, but eventually increase in price travel date gets closer.
