Hello
I will be visiting Uberlingen Germany this September and wanted to know the easiest way to get there from Zurich airport. I will be traveling with an older traveler (senior). Someone mentioned a train from Zurich airport to Schaffhausen? any help would be greatly appreciated- thanks in advance.

The answer to most "how do I get from here to there" questions can be found on the SBB website.
Just go to www.sbb.ch, enter "Zurich Flughafen" to "Ueberlingen" and you will get shown how to get there.
You will see there are lots of options. As this is mass transit just buy the ticket at the airport when you arrive.

Indeed, you can even specify a specific location in Ueberlingen. For instance, if you want to end up near the ferry dock, you can enter the destination as Ueberlingen, Hafen. It will then show the rail station to end up and the bus connection to get there.
