Has anyone had experience with any of the companies that meet you at the Euro airport and take you to hotel? I have looked at several on line and would just like to hear about some actual experience. It seems like a good option for our group as we are 3 folks in our 70"s and one who is 94. Split 4 ways it is not that expensive. Yes I know about the bus option but we are not doing that.

Don't have any experience. As a local I always take the bus.
A taxi from the taxi rank will cost about CHF 40.
After picking up your bags, make sure you exit you via Swiss customs, and not via French customs, or you will be in the wrong country!
Once you check into your hotel, you will get a card for free travel in Basel for the rest of your stay (trams + buses).
