We have found the Post Bus App to be very useful during the past couple of weeks. It is fairly intuitive and shows all options from bus to train to lift. Fares are depicted clearly. Only glitch is I cannot seem to buy tickets through the app with a US credit card.
Much easier than reading the schedule booklets they had out with passes.
