I will be traveling to Lauterbrunnen tomorrow with a flight to Zurich first. My friend and I need to ship a package back home to the US, so is there a post office near the Zurich airport that would also conveniently have a train station to finish our travel to Lauterbrunnen from? Or is there a post office in Lauterbrunnen that we could use to ship the package home? (The package is moderately sized. We lost our luggage and had to buy new clothes that no longer fit after getting our luggage back)

Bear in mind that it may cost an arm and a leg to ship anything from Switzerland.

Would it cost an arm and a leg to send anything from all of Europe? Or just Switzerland? We are in Barcelona now, but all the post offices were closed on Sunday. Would Italy be a better option in terms of price?

Just be sure to mark the Customs declaration that these are previously worn items. Swiss Post is excellent and they even sell boxes.
