We are staying in Lucerne and trying to decide which is best for us. We are theee couples in our 60s and just want to experience the mountains. No crazy adventures. Lol.

We picked Pilatus because the weather that day (webcams monitored at the hotel) looked good for that day. We did not choose or plan in advance, just relied on the guidance of the front desk clerk at our hotel. He said the weather up top was clear that day (late morning) but the lower levels would be clouding up later. And he was right. We were at the top and watched the clouds rolling in to the valleys and it was amazing.

You didn’t even mention my two favorites from Lucerne—Rigi and Stanserhorn. :)
I enjoyed Titlis. Have not been to Pilatus yet. For some reason, Pilatus just does not appeal to me.
