We will be in Lauterbrunnen for 2 days and are really interested in paragliding in the alps. A company called Airtime comes highly recommended. Has anyone ever done this or heard reviews about this company? From pick up to drop off, anyone know how long this excursion is?

I took a tandem Paragliding flight in that area several years ago, but can't remember the name of the company. It was awesome and one of the most memorable travel experiences I've had. They'll probably offer optional photos taken during the flight so be sure to leave a bit extra in your budget for that, as it's the best way to remember it.
The flight that I took from Mürren to Stechelberg was about 20 minutes (not including the time to hike up to the launch point). At that time, they also offered flights from the Schilthorn which were about an hour (and of course more expensive since it's necessary to pay for the cable car trip).
