Hello - I'll be in the Berner Oberland from September 10-13, based in Murren. Does anyone know of any organized groups hikes? I'll be traveling alone and it would be nice to hike with a small group.

I'd check with the tourist information offices in Murren or Lauterbrunnen. I know there are organized hikes from time to time, one of which I remember is the "Moonlight hike" from Schynige Platte to First. (Yes, it's a 6 hour hike at night!)

Unfortunately I don't know of any group day hikes in the Berner Oberland area. There may be some that exist though. I might try contacting your hotel in Murren or perhaps the tourist information office there as they will know better what kinds of group hikes are available:
