OBERLAND pass debrif

First of all, thanks to all of you who are out there helping the rest of us who are about to travel. Much appreciated.

I am hoping to get confirmation/clarification about this pass so here I go:

  1. I can travel in trains, buses and gondolas for as much as I want, for the entire days I buy the pass for, yes? I am staying in Lauterbrunnen for 6 days and will hike and travel as much as I can in that area.

  2. If I decide to go to the Jungfraujoch, I will get 25% discount off ticket, yes?

  3. If I decide to go to the Schilthorn I will get 50% off the ticket, yes?

  4. This pass will take me back to Interlaken to take my train to Luzern at a discount or free, yes?

Cheers!

Exploring around the link provided by Tim will answer your other questions.

Number 4 - the route between Interlaken Ost and Luzern via the extremely scenic Brünig Pass and Meiringen is included, yes.

Also the route from Interlaken (both I.West and I.Ost) to Bern and then the BLS slow lowland route to Luzern via Langnau im Emmental (where the cheese comes from) is also included, both legs. However the fast lowland route from Bern to Luzern is not included. If you are in Bern and don't specify via Langnau you will probably wind up on the not included fast route.

I suggest the best choice is the narrow gauge Brünig Pass route - panoramic cars as standard, fabulous views, just as fast.
