I purchased train tickets on the panorama train from Innsbruck to Zurich back in January for departure early June on my old iPhone and selected mobile tickets. I recently got a new phone, and while the OBB app still shows my booking code and confirmation, it's telling me I will need my old phone that I purchased with to actually pull up the tickets...which I no longer have. I also have confirmation email of my purchase. I can't for the life of me find an email contact to get resolved with OBB. This seems extremely outdated. Wondering if I can just show up early day of departure and have ticket agent help out? We depart from Innsbruck airport station. Anyone experience this or have thoughts?
Did you try calling them?

You should normally also have the option of downloading a pdf. Don't you have that? Have you tried logging in to the website with your account?
If you have already downloaded an ÖBB ticket to your phone, it gets locked to that specific device.
On that old phone, there is an option called 'Get Mobile Ticket on different device' (Remove the Mobile Ticket from this device and receive it on a different device).
However, as you no longer have your old phone, you can no longer unlock your tickets.
Your only option is to go to a ticket office or call ÖBB directly at +43 (0)5 1717
They can „remove“ the ticket from your old phone so you can load it on your new one (if they are willing to do this).
PS: I hope you created an OBB account when you originally purchased the ticket; if not, I’m afraid they won’t be able to help you any further.
Last fall I had an issue with my ÖBB train ticket being loaded on a device that was not with me on the trip. I went to the Innsbruck train station the day before my scheduled train ride. The individual who assisted me was very understanding and helpful. He issued a non electronic ticket for me to use. I did have email documentation of my purchase.Thankfully I was made aware of this issue days in advance by a friend traveling with me.
Tried calling but I guess closed for now and will again. Windyram thank you for those details! I do have an online account that I signed up for through the ÖBB app. I can see the extensive details of my tickets through it including booking code, seats, etc. People change devices all the time so surely there is an easy fix. Just a little perturbed at having to worry about this. I hope to contact them or have an office agent there print out our tickets. Just wanted to see if anyone had dealt with and resolved this in the past.
Its a nuisance, yes. Regular useers of the ÖBB app know that they should not download tickets till the last moment. The same applies to pdf tickets.
The reason behind that is that the railways does not have passenger or ticket lists, so once a ticket is issued it cannot easily be unissued. And they do not want tickets to be used multiple times.
