We want to travel from Paris to Switzerland by train, in switzerland we want to visit Jungfraujoch and Mount Titlis.
Duration of our trip is 4 days. Please suggest where we should stay in Switerland. Need suggestions on any other places we should visit.
Need guidance as well on train travel from Paris to Switzerland and hotel / resort stay.

That's a very easy trip. As you only have four days (three nights?), I'd suggest using Lucerne as a base. Travel via TGV high speed train from Paris Gare de Lyon to Lucerne. There are numerous trains on that route and one of the easiest is a departure at 10:23, arriving 15:05 (time 4H:42M, one change at Basel SBB).
The trip from Lucerne to Mt. Titlis is relatively easy. Howver, the trip from Lucerne to the Jungfraujoch will take about four hours each way, so you may want to spend at least two nights in Lauterbrunnen. I'd have to spend more time looking at your Itinerary.

rajkubal, every rail line in Switzerland has at least one train per hour. There is no need to sweat about there being a train, if you go to the station there will be a train.
You can look up train times on the SBB (Swiss Railways) website: https://www.sbb.ch/en/
You can look up, for example, Paris to Luzern or Luzern to Jungfraujoch.
Note, Jungfraujoch takes a lot of time from Luzern, it takes 2h20 from Luzern to Lauterbrunnen (the bottom of the mountain), and a further 1h30 to the top. I would suggest from Luzern you go up Titlis instead, it is closer.
