I'm going to switzerland/paris in a month. Taking my parents with me. We have never been to switzerland
I'm planning to do 8 day stay in Switzerland then move to Paris for another 4 days. I have been to paris many times so I sorta know my way around.
- This is what chatGPT gave me and wanted real input from experienced travelers on if this sounds/looks good. I wanted to visit Grindelwald so thinking of maybe doing a stay there instead of Wengen.
Sept 7: Arrive Zurich → Lucerne
Sept 8: Lucerne + Mt. Pilatus
Sept 9: Lucerne → Wengen
Sept 10: Lauterbrunnen + Mürren
Sept 11: Jungfraujoch
Sept 12: Wengen → Montreux
Sept 13: Lavaux + Lausanne
Sept 14: Montreux → Paris
three places I'd sleep:
2 nights Lucerne
3 nights Wengen
2 nights Montreux
would you recommend flying from Switzerland to Paris or would train ride be better? while flying would save a lot of time, I am thinking of train to take to take adventage of the beautiful view.
would you recommend a switzerland pass for the rail (expensive version or regular version) or selecting each individual rides?
Thank you all
