My husband and I are spending 3 days in Murren area, 2 in Lucerne, and 2 in Lake Como.
Any recommendations on places to eat, patios to grab a drink with a nice view, hikes, nearby villages to explore in Berner Oberland?

The recommendations in Rick's guidebooks have served me well for these destinations, as well as just exploring on foot. For instance, in Muerren and the nearby village of Gimmelwald (less restaurants, more cows), restaurant patios, hotel balconies, and park benches all tend to face the same wonderful view, so you'll have options.

I don't work for Rick Steves, but I agree with Laura - his books on Switzerland and Italy have plenty of great recommendations for these places.
If you want recommendations for "Lake Como," you should specify where you are staying.
