Multi Country Lift and Rail passes?

We are doing the RS Alps My way in late July. I am looking at rail from Munich to Salzburg to meet the tour and other times I may need rail.....and of course all the Lifts ......is there multi country pass? Should I buy lift reservations in advance. We are on our own for daily activities with this tour and I want to be planful but not overly planned. Thanks!

There are Eurorail passes, but they are not necessarily always the best option. And no, you don't buy lift reservations. To better help you with your question, you need to list your specific itinerary with what you actually plan to do in each place.
