I’m afraid you haven’t given us much to go on here. What tour company are you using for your tour ? Your best lead is to check their website or email them directly.

I agree with the previous reply. You haven't provided much information on which tour you will be taking, or which company is providing it.
If it's a bus tour, some of those depart form Sihlquai Coach Parking, Limmatstrasse 4, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland, which is about a five minute walk from the Zürich Hbf (main station). The Walhalla Hotel is right across the street from the Sihlquai depot, and trams run right past that location.

It's easy to get to on your own, you don't really need a tour company.
