If you take the gondola up to the top of Mt Pliatus, does the luge take you all the way back down? I cannot find good information on how this works. I know you can take the gondola or cogwheel train up or down, but cannot figure out when and how the luge plays into this.

From Mt. Pilatus you descend by cable car to Frakmuntegg, where you will find the luge run. After finishing your luge run, you walk to where you board a different cable car back down to Kriens.
Think of the luge run as something fun to do in Frankmuntegg, as opposed to part of the transportation.
I was assuming it did not go all the way back down the mountain, but was having issues understanding the logistics. Thanks much
