Montreux to Rochers-de-Naye: Are there two different train routes?

I've read that our Swiss Travel Passes will get us 50% off the price of the cogwheel train from Montreux to Rochers-de-Naye. But when I go to the sbb-ch website, it shows a route using a Regio train from Montreux to Rochers-de-Naye.

So are there two different train routes? Because aren't Regio trains just regular trains that serve the regional routes? And aren't those trains included with Swiss Travel Passes?

Just one train route and my Travel Pass map shows you get a 50% discount.
A Regio train has nothing to do with the track gauge or if a cog wheel is required. "Regio" is just a designation for local trains. It is a private railway, and Rochers de Naye is not an inhabited village, so they can decide on what discount is offered with a Swiss Travel Pass. Jungfraujoch only gives 25% discount.
