Unable to find any suggestions for trail from Birg lauterbrunnen ch to Murren lauterbrunnen ch after visiting top of Schilthorn. Any ideas Thanks for help and time spent in advance-
I've never hiked that route, but I believe the trails from Birg eventually lead into the valley below Allmend-Hubel, and from there it's an easy walk back to Mürren. This website may provide some answers.....

Once you get there, the locals will be able to provide all the information you'll need.
hi
depends what time of year you are going, right now it is covered in snow. Schilthorn web cam
It is a lovely walk down from Birg, stoney type path, not super fitnes needed really, maybe take you 3.5 hours to Murren. I've doen the walk up, took me 5 hours and I met a spritely Swiss couple 70+ from Bern on their way back down. there was still snow on the last hour, that was in May last year I recall. It is the trail of the yearly Inferno ski race from Berg to Lauterbrunnen (when there is enough snow) so the track is clearly marked. There is a lovely classic mountain tern lake by the cable car station worth spending an extra hour at to photograph.
Personally, I prefer the Walk down from Eigergletscher (slightly above Kleine Scheidegg and down to Wengen and Lautrbrunnen, you have the massiveness of the Eiger wall and then amazing glacier views, flowers, more variety and also you see the Ski race of the world cup down the Lauberhorn and acutally follow part of that race trail to Wengen.
