Badger gave you the simplest route, with one change ( although some trains from TiranomtomSt. moritz have an additional change at Pontresina). The faster way has two changes.

Trenord to Tirano and then RhB to St Moritz. There might be faster ways, but you shouldn't rush it through the alps, enjoy scenery instead.
