Milan to Interlaken West on a Sunday in early June

It looks like the best way is ____________?
We know there are closures for technical work along the route and it will take longer. That is OK, looking for suggestions.

What is the date you are traveling?
Will you be getting a Swiss Travel Pass or a Half Fare Card, or some other pass?

We are traveling from Milano Centrale on Sunday June 9th around 0900. We also plan to purchase Half Fare Cards.

That is the day the construction closure on the Domodossola route starts. But even with the bus link from Milano Centrale to Domodossola, it is still faster than going the other way, via Luzern.

You can buy that ticket for June 9 departure at 9 am right now on SBB.ch. You do not need your Half Fare Card in hand to buy the discounted ticket; you just need to have it to show on the day of travel. You will get a seat reservation on the bus from Milan to Domodossola included with this purchase.

Look at www.trenitalia.com
From Milano Centrale to Spiez. There are trains from Spiez to Interlaken at least twice an hour. Likely to be about quicker than through Luzern. The first part is a replacement bus from Milano Centrale to Domodossola.
