We will be flying to Switzerland on Thursday evening. We are spending most of our time in Zermatt, and Gimmelwald. We are planning to ski in Zermatt, and traveling up to Schilthorn, and the Jungfraujoch. Do any of you know if there is a crowd difference on weekends? Thanks. Cory

I think weather, rather than crowds, should be the deciding factor on when to do these activities.

Schilthorn and Jungfraujoch are not that popular with locals, so I don't think the crowds vary much by the day of the week. They are more weather dependent.
I doubt Zermatt will have many crowds for skiing at this time of year, as the "summer ski" season is a little later during the European summer vacation. There are limited ski options right now (snow park opens in July) - you can check the Zermatt website for more info. Generally this is also not a town where I think weekend vs weekday makes much difference.
