We are considering doing this trail with my family (2 kids 7 and 9 included) in the next couple of days.
Anyone done this in the past few days? Is the trail muddy or terribly wet? Let me know, thanks!

This trail is closed as of today (6/24) for rock and snow slide. Unclear how quickly it will be ready again (days or week?)
Check with your hotel or local TI.

I’m told you won’t be able to do it for at least ten days. Carrie on these forums recommends the Romantic trail.

I did the romantic trail because the panorama trail was closed... Romantic trail also takes to Klein Scheidegg, but it is about twice as long and harder.. The 200 yards uphill to the Klein Scheidegg is a doozy... my wife hated that hill...
The last day I was in Wengen, the Mannlichen Panorama trail briefly opened.. It was raining, and you couldn't see anything.. I was hoping the cloud would disperse, but the rain was pouring when I just ran through that trail.. It was very easy.. and I did it in 1 hour.. next day, the trail closed again, (maybe because of that downpour causing mud and rock slides)...
