Luzerne Mountains (Rigi, Pilatus and Titlis) questions

I am planning my Swiss travel for 13 days in June.
Originally I was planning 3 nights in Lucerne and hit all the mountains near the city (Rigi, Pilatus, and Titlis) and then to Jungfrau for 4 nights and Zermatt for 3.. (other 3 days reserve for Bern, Lausanne, Montreux etc... )

More research I do, it appears Jungfrau and Zermatt region offers more majestic views of the mountain..
Should I just use Lucerne for city exploration and move my resources to Jungfrau and Zermatt region for mountain exploration?? Maybe stay in Lucerne for 1 night instead of 3??

Do mountains near Lucerne offer different experiences than I may get with Jungfrau and Zermatt region??
Are Rigi, Pilatus and Titlis mountains worth the time and money, or should I just forego those mountains and spend more time on Jungfrau and Zermatt area..

Save your mountain experiences for the Jungfrau. Incredible mountain experiences. Enjoy Lucerne itself, take a boat ride out on the lake.

It's not as clear-cut for me.
I agree that Jungfrau/Schilthorn is better than Titlis.
But the Rigi excursion is quite unique, with the boat cruise and the lake backdrop, and it is free with a Swiss travel pass. Pilatus is not free but it just takes a few hours. Also, the weather is often better around Luzern than in the Jungfrau region, where clouds tend to hang out, blocked by what is the first high mountain range coming from the NW.

4 nights in the Jungfrau region are already quite good to cover your bases there. If you want, you could shorten Luzern to 2 nights and add a night to the Jungfrau, but 1 night feels short in Luzern.
