Luzern to Interlaken Express - Seat question

Five of us are traveling on the Luzern to Interlaken Panoramic Express train this July (1st class train car). I see where I should reserve seats on the right hand side of the train, but the seat map makes this a bit confusing. Could someone confirm that the group of four seats (the lower rows of seats if looking at the seat map), are indeed on the right hand side of the train? Meaning the two seat configuration opposite the four, is on the left hand side?

And while I am asking, has anyone traveled the Interlaken to Basel route? Any preferred side or anything of note for that route?

Many, many thanks!

The seat map on the Zentralbahn site will show the train direction. If you are on the right hand side departing Luzern, you will then be on the left hand side departing Meiringen as the train changes direction there. That way you will get the lake view the rest of the way to Interlaken.

The right hand side will give you the lake view from Interlaken to Basel.

Thank you for your response - the seat map says train travels both directions so I am unable to tell unfortunately (the arrows point both ways)!

I believe if you look at the top of the page where it says most beautiful view is the right hand side, below in parentheses it states that the lower row on the seat map is the right hand side.
