I have a Swiss Day Pass which I will use on Bernina Express. I know it stops in Chur but I would like to stay for lunch and then catch a train to Zurich HB. I cannot find trains and time table that leave from Chur to Zurich HB.
Any help would be appreciated.

There are 2-3 trains/hour, the fastest one is at 08 minutes past every hour. You do not really need to worry about the schedule.

Your link is very helpful, @isn31c. My point was just that trains are frequent enough that one does not need to keep an eye on the watch. The OP can enjoy lunch for as long as they like :-).
