In stead of schlepping our luggage on different trains, I know there's a luggage transport service. In one day we'll be taking trains from Montreaux to Interlaken, then Interlaken to Lucerne. Ideas?
Here's information from Swiss Rail luggage transfer. http://www.swisstravelsystem.com/en/getting-around/getting-around-baggage/within-switzerland.html
But are you sure you need it? It just takes a minute to grab your bag and hop off the train. It looks like about 12 dollars per bag and then maybe 70 dollars for some kind of set up fee for the group. That's door-to-door service, I believe. But unless you have mobility issues or really enormous bags, I think you'd be just fine transiting with your bags. We do it all the time and we've not run into any real issues with them.
Were you trying to do this because you need to store the bags while you stop in Interlaken?
Swiss Rail's Express luggage service will transport bags dropped off in Montreaux before 9am and deliver it to Luzern by 6pm...same day. Be aware that the baggage counter at Luzern station closes at 7pm. More details at the Swiss Rail site:

That's door-to-door service
The door to door service is separate and more costly than the express service which just goes station to station.
Looking into pampering ourselves after river cruising and sightseeing, with a lot of train travel. This is the end of the trip; we may just continue schlepping but wanted to hear the options. We are capable of handling our luggage, just tired of doing it!
