Hi all -
Does anyone have any suggestions for dinner in Lucerne? We will be there for one night before heading to the mountains and would love a good meal! We are open to anything, but would also love to find some good (and stereotypical) fondue if there is a place that serves it that is good.

Not for fondue, but we were in Lucerne in March and enjoyed:
Dinner two nights at our hotel, Hotel Walstatterhof (great lake perch, fantastic salad bar)
Lunch al fresco at the Rathaus Brauerie on the river Reuss (best lager I've tasted in many years)
Lunch at the Manor Department Store Cafeteria (station-based, unbelievable selection, reasonably-priced)

Fondue is a winter dish.
Tourists may be able to find it in the summer.
