Anything particular you want to know? Location is excellent - more or less across the street from the train station (tip: take the side exit past the storage lockers on Track 3, go over the crosswalk and it's just down the little side street to your left) in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to everything. The restaurant on the ground floor is quite good too. Rooms are nice and clean, size varies a bit depending which one you booked.
Being near the station will be an advantage on Christmas, as the shops here are open 365 days a year while many other businesses will be closed for the holiday (both 24 and 25 Dec).

Of course people have stayed there. Is there a particular piece of information you need? If you ask particulars you'll likely get more feedback.

Sorry my bad.

Just wanted to make sure the hotel is in a good and safe location. I'm traveling with 5 people so the rooms are a bit expensive when needing two. Any other cheaper hotels that may be consistent in quality and location that can be recommended?

We are staying in apartments in three other locations.

I had a nice stay in September 2014 at the Hotel des Alpes. Their website did not show availability for my dates, but by e-mailing them directly, I got the room I needed. https://www.desalpes-luzern.ch/en/welcome

I don't know how the prices compare with the one you're seeing at the Continental Park, since you didn't specify that. The Hotel des Alpes is about a 10 minute walk from the station (across the river), and has a great location in the old town.
