Lucerne and Lauterbrunnen - Seeking"Best Of's"

Hello!

My husband and I will be traveling in early-mid June to Switzerland for the first time. Would love to hear everyone's favorites for the places we'll be visiting. We're very active, love hiking, randomly exploring a city by foot... and of course, food and wine :)

Itinerary is as follows:
Day 1 - Land in Zurich, approx. 10:30am local. We're staying Lucerne that evening, so we may head directly to Lucerne or hang in Zurich for a few hours first. Definitely open to suggestions in Zurich and/or Lucerne. Will have luggage (backpacks), but sounds like we can easily store if we decide to stay in Zurich?
Day 2 - Head to Lauterbrunnen.

Days 3-5 - Staying in Lauterbrunnen. Any favorite hikes? We will also have bikes available to us.
Day 6 - Heading to Lake Como. Any recommended train routes?
After a few days in Como, we'll be heading to Florence for two days. Welcome to any recommendations here as well.

Thank you in advance!

Here is a good place to start for Luzern. I'd head straight to Luzern without stopping in Zurich. Myswitzerland has lots of info about hikes in the area or you can search the forum for the many related posts.

Rick Steves' Switzerland guide outlines a number of hikes accessible from Lauterbrunnen. Mannlichen to Kleine Scheidegg and Grutschalp to Muerren are both fantastic. You could do both in one day of you've a mind to.

I can only help with lauterbrunnen. All of the hikes described in RS Switzerland guide are fantastic! It really depends on how long you want to hike. My 3 favorites are the north face hike, the hike from Mannlichen to Klein Scheidegg and the ridge hike between First and schynegg Platte.
