Lucerne: 3 full days Itinerary help

I have been advised to tentatively plan mountain excursions until day of or two days before.
These are possible day trips and need help eliminating some. We are three couples, no hikers, some don't want to walk or take long train rides (UGGGG). Although, a couple of us want to ride Panorama Express.
The hotel is booked and we cannot change. We will be going to Lucerne after 7 day cruise so not sure we want boat rides.

Options:

  • Mount Titlis/Engelberg OR Mount Pilatus
  • Panorama Express to Interlaken Ost, onward to Murren and Lauterbrennen and back? Would it be faster to have driver bring us back to Lucerne?
  • Full day in Lucerne with quick day trip to the Abbey in Einsiedeln.
  • Bern

Dinners reservations:
- Olde Swiss House
- Spices Kitchen at Burgenstock Resort

TIA!

Pilatus is an easy trip from Luzern (especially if you are staying there), why not do the 'Golden Roundtrip' or the 'Silver Roundtrip' from Luzern?
And use any leftover time exploring all that Luzern has to offer (walk the town walls, climb the 3 towers), linger along the river Reuss at a cafe.
Have dinner at the Rathaus Brewery, explore both covered bridges.
Luzern can be very crowded with obnoxious tourists.
There is no wrong answer.
I have been to Bern (small city) and LOVED it as well.
Einsiedeln was a little underwhelming, unless you are VERY interested in the Black Madonna, the famous monastery horses, Kirschwasser or their famous spice cookie.
