Staying 1st of of July and looking for food recommendations. We prefer to eat amongst the locals. Same advice for bars as well. I realize its a,quiet village any advice will be helpful.

The restaurant at Hotel Bären is excellent! And locals do come there for dinner, as it is known for innovative preparation and use of local ingredients.

Look for crowded restaurants - that's a big hint. Also take the time to read reviews on TripAdvisor

Another vote for Hotel Baren. It’s th best restaurant in town with local seasonal ingredients.
