Prefer easy to moderate. Or are all hikes from this altitude going to have trees and forest to walk through?
Check out the 2 posts by hopper on this recent topic. I just did the Mönchblick and the Staubbachbänkli last month and they are both mostly in the forest. Keep in mind that Wengen is hilly. So, while the walks are easy, there is some up and down.

My favorite easy walk though with spectacular views is the downhill walk from Murren to Gimmelwald.
I saw your other post that received comments for hikes in the forest.
One of the easiest walks at Wengen is to take the cablecar in Wengen up to Mannlichen to walk over to Kleine Scheidegg. This link shows the photos of the hike & gorgeous mountain views.

Jean, thanks for that link. We will be there in two months, and I'm very excited!

Mannlichen to Klein Scheidegg is THE classic hike/walk in the area. Great views, Ben on a cloudy day. No trees or forest though.
