Looking for constructive feedback on my six day itinerary in the Jungfrau region.

We are staying in Lauterbrunnen. I did a lot of research and attempted to consolidate different locations based on proximity. But if anything does not look efficient or ideal, please let me know.

Day 1. Mannlichen hike to Kleine Scheidegg, Grindelwald, jungfraujoch

Day 2. Grindelwald first, Hike to lake Bachalpsee. Grindelwald canyons in evening

Day 3. murren, Gimmelwald, allmendHumel, schillthorn

Day 4. Lauterbrunnen valley walk to stechelbetg, Trummelbach falls. Staubbach falls

Day 5. Brienz boat ride, harder kulm

Day 6. Interlaken paragliding, explore Interlaken

If I had extra time I would like to do Schynige Platte, Stoos and Gelmerbahn. Would any of you recommend I swap out one of my days in order to do one of these places? I just don’t want a repetitive experience if some of them are fairly similar, but I also want to know if any are overrated. Day number one, two and six are important days that I don’t want to change ideally unless something is grossly inefficient. But the other ones I’m open to modifying. Thank you.

Day 6. Interlaken is a transit hub not a place to visit or explore.

What time is your paragliding and how long is that? You could combine that with your day 4 plans. And that would free up day 4 for something like Schynige Platte.

I don’t like to make set plans for Switzerland because you never know what the weather will be like. I like to have a long list of things, and I get to what I get to. If I have a great weather day, I might try to cram more things in. If it’s a rainy day, that’s a good day to walk down in Lauterbrunnen.

So, I would stay flexible.

Much depends on the weather, wake up and see what will work on that day. If there is rain see Trummelbach falls that day, If it's sunny see the Jungfrauhoch. I would most likely cut the boat ride as why waste time traveling when your already in heaven. Interlaken, yikes no reason to go to a city when your already in paradise (it is a beautiful place but still a city). When your up at the Schilthorn ask the gondola driver before it departs if he/she can let you off at Tower 5 then hike down to Murren. Nice beer hut on the way down and some mountain huts too. Enjoy your trip J

Do Schynige Plate instead of Harder Kulm. It's much better. Also, keep flexible with these plans based on weather, as you won't have perfect weather everyday and you need to prioritize what you're most excited about for your best weather days. I'm putting them in the order I would personally prioritize based on best weather.

1 day - Lauterbrunnen > Stechelberg > Schilthorn > Birg > Murren > Allmendhubel > Murren > Gimmelwald > Stechelberg > Lauterbrunnen -- you can add in very nice hiking to this day if you like to hike

1 day - Lauterbrunnen > Wengen > Mannlichen > hike to Kleine Scheidegg > Jungfraujoch > Kleine Scheidegg > Wengen for dinner > Lauterbrunnen

1 day - Lauterbrunnen > Wilderswil > Schynige Platte (views, hiking, lunch) > Wilderswil > Brienz > boat ride to Interlaken Ost > Lauterbrunnen -- the ridge hike up at Schynige Platte is a good substitute for Stoos (SP/Daube/Oberberghorn/Laucherhorn)

1 day - Paragliding from Murren (it's better than Interlaken and that town does not deserve a day of your time) > land in Stechelberg and explore the valley/waterfalls + option to rent bikes

1 day - Lauterbrunnen > Zweilutchinen > Grindelwald > Grindelwald First > Hike to lake Bachalpsee > Grindelwald First > Grindelwald > Grindelwald canyons in evening > Zweilutchinen > Lauterbrunnen

1 day - Weather buffer day for everything above (you'll need it) + option to do Lake Thun with it's castle stops (Spiez, Oberhofen, Thun) -- Don't do Stoos or Gelmerbahn

Also the first few days seem to be quite a lot for one day. Or does it only seem that way and each destination won’t take as much time as I think? I want to give my time to “smell the roses” and not be absolutely famished by evening time.
