Lindt Chocolate Factory

We are staying in Zurich for two nights right near the old town in December. We would like to go the Lindt Factory, but it doesn't look like you can get off the train there? Looking for recommendations on taxis or busses and the cost involved with those.

There is a bus connection from the train station.
Use www.sbb.ch/en and put in your Zurich address and the Lindt Factory address and it will tell you exactly how to get there.

I took a train and then it's just a short walk to the factory.

This is what i found in my notes from my trip. Double check that the train info. is still accurate.

In Zurich, we walked down to the harbor from Old Town and took the bus to the Lindt Factory and then took the boat back. Very easy. If you have the STP, the bus is included as well as the boat, you just get on and sit down. Don’t know in December if you’ll need reservations for Lindt but in August, we did. I would check.

I should have added, make sure you bring a giant shopping bag so you can stock up on chocolate. I had never seen so many chocolate balls. :-)

My sister and I both enjoyed the café. We did the tour first at 10am, then had an early lunch before it got crowded, then shopped, and shopped some more.

Enjoy!!

Yes and they give you a free sample of every chocolate ball they make.
