Les Bains de Lavey -- I've got questions!

Hi all,
My daughter is studying in Grenoble this semester and next week we (myself, husband, 16-yr-old son) are flying to Geneva to meet up with her. We'll be there 3/29-4/1. Looking for things to do that are open on Easter Sunday, I've found Barryland (St Bernard puppies!) and Les Bains de Lavey.

I've seen Bains de Lavey recommended for families and it does seem fun to get a day of warm swimming and soaking. Here are my questions for anyone who has been:

  1. It looks like it will be rather cold and possibly rainy -- do people still swim in the outdoor pools in bad weather, or mainly indoors?
    1. Are there showers available for after?
    2. Are the restaurants good? They are open on Easter and I assume most others will not be.
    3. Any other tips or things we should know?

Thanks in advance for any guidance!

Are there showers available for after?

This statement of the rules on the website.

It is obligatory to shower and use the passage of footbaths before entering the area of the swimming pools.

So the answer appears to be yes.

do people still swim in the outdoor pools in bad weather, or mainly indoors?

Are the outdoor pools open if it is raining ?
Yes, however the outdoor pools may be closed temporarily during severe storms.

I would not assume that, you can do some searching online, but I think you will find many restaurants open as they would get a lot of business over the Easter weekend.
