Can I do both the Lauterbrunnen ebike tour AND via ferrata from Murren in one day?
If so, which should i do first? I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around the geography of where everything is.

Yes - you have to hire a guide to do the via Feratta so you need to see what times are available. E-Bike rentals start at 2 hours and that’s enough to bike the valley and back with a few short stops.
If VF guide is available in morning, then go to Mürren, VF to Gimmelwald, cable car to Stechelberg, bus to Lauterbrunnen, rent bikes and return to Lauterbrunnen to go back to Thun.
If VF guide is available in the afternoon, then go to Lauterbrunnen, rent bikes for 2 hrs, return to Lauterbrunnen, cable car to Grutschalp, train to Mürren, walk through the village to VF meeting point, VF to Gimmelwald, cable car to Stechelberg, bus to Lauterbrunnen, return to Thun
