The short answer is to travel by train. It would help to know more about your Itinerary. Where are you travelling from before getting to Lauterbrunnen?

The shortest trip from Interlaken Ost to Milano Centrale is a departure at 07:29, arriving 10:37 (time 3H:08M, one change in Spiez).

Train is the most efficient, but if you have a car you can also drive.

You can look up train times on the SBB (Swiss Federal Railways) site ( https://www.sbb.ch/en ). Just enter Lauterbrunnen to Milano Centrale and a date and time.
Many train options per day. You always have to change at Interlaken Ost and Spiez, sometimes also at Brig and/or Domodossola.

Edit: I've just noticed you also say "travel to Lauterbrunnen". Same options, train or car. Where (how far) are you coming from?
