Have a group of 9 leaving Lauterbrunnen on July 10th and heading to Florence. We have an open night on July 10th.
Any suggestions on how best to travel by train to arrive in Florence by morning of July 11th?
We all have Eurorail Global Passes.

Train from Lauterbrunnen to Interlaken Ost, then change to a train to Spiez, then change to an EC train to Milan, than change to a Freccia train to Florence. The EC and Freccia trains will require you to buy reservations.
Spend the afternoon and evening in Milan.

Take the train to Varenna and then catch a train to Florence in the morning from there.
I would book the train from Lauterbrunnen to Milan with the least amount of connections.
