Lauterbrunnen/Mürren

We will be traveling to this area Sept 9-16. I hope my fellow travelers here can help answer a few questions.

The Spurtz waterfall detour off the Northface trail: has anyone done it recently? The RS guidebook says it is "dangerous". It has been raining recently. We are physically active and will wear trail runners and poles for hiking. Feedback would be appreciated.

What time of day is most scenic in the Lauterbrunnen Valley for a bike ride? We plan to go deep into the valley as well as hit the falls, and maybe on to Interlaken.

Paragliding in Mürren: is morning or afternoon better? Should we book ahead of time or wait until the morning of depending on weather conditions?

Thanks in advance to all who respond!

I don't have recent experience - I was at Sprutz waterfall in 2018 and LOVED it. I didn't find it the least bit dangerous. I have heard of some rockfalls but that is on the Wasenegg Ridge above the waterfall. There is a guy from Wengen who responds here regularly - he may have more up-to-date info. Certainly by the time you get to Lauterbrunnen or Murren you will be able to get THE most up-to-date info. I just chime in here to say, if there is any way to get to Sprutz waterfall, do it. The best part is you can walk BEHIND the waterfall!
