We will be staying in Wilderswil near Lauterbrunnen for 3 nights only. What are the best things to do in the area in this amount of time? We will be there in June. We have 3 middle aged and one elderly person in our party. Our Mom is 81. She wants to do some hiking/walking but probably couldn’t handle something too strenuous. We were there for 2 nights in 2017 and the weather was so overcast and cloudy that we weren’t able to see the beautiful views. Hoping for good weather this time. Any helpful tips are appreciated!
Your mom should be able to enjoy the Lauterbrunnen valley walks--mostly flat and looking up at waterfalls.
Someone on this forum posts a map often and hopefully you can dig that up. I think there are some hikes out of Murren that she may be able to do--at least in part.
The walk through the valley is easy, and stunning. We've done it several times, and never tire of it.
The walk from murren to gimmelwald is one of my favorites. Spectacular views!! It’s downhill, so not difficult. About 20 - 30 minutes depending on how often you stop to admire the view and take some photos. There's a good chance you will see some paragliders.
Once in gimmelwald, you can take the cable car back up to murren or down to stechelberg. From stechelberg, bus or walk to Lauterbrunnen.
Here’s a video of the walk that might help decide if it’s a good option.

June is a great time to be in Switzerland. The wildflowers are amazing!!
A few years ago we got off the gondola for the Kleine Scheidegg walk…..there was a couple form England there in their 70’s that told us that they traveled to Switzerland every year just to do a week or so of walking…..GREAT IDEA! That is a good easy walk and we do it every time we are in Lauterbrunnen.
Just adding some more detail to Jane’s great suggestion. Forum member Shoe put together this hiking guide that includes the walk from Mannlichen to Kleine Scheidegg.

Just note that this walk does not normally open until around mid-June. Could be earlier or later depending on the amount of snow on the trail. Also, as I found out last June, June might be a little early for the cows to be out on Mannilchen.
Check this website in June to see when it’s open.

This is a great walk so I hope you get to do it. It’s downhill and about an hour and a half, depending on how often you stop to enjoy the view.
If you think that walk would be too much for your mom, it’s worth it just to go up to Mannilchen and walk around up there. There’s a restaurant where you can have lunch.
or just train/cable up to Murren and walk the town to the other way of going home
You could take the lift up from Lauterbrunnen to Grutschalp and then it is al fairly level walk to Murren. We did it once with another couple and it was fun.(the weather was not cooperating with our hiking plans, and it was a pleasant way to enjoy the day). You do walk parallel to the train track, but you have a nice trail. There is a place that makes cheese the old fashioned way about 1/2 way. (At least they did before covid) You could inquire at Lauterbrunnen TI about possible tours. The nice part about this walk is that you can take the train back to the top of the lift. There is also a train stop 1/2 way there if it gets to be too much. If the mountain are out, the views are spectacular.
On our last trip to that area, we took the gondola from Grindelwald up to First. If I remember correctly, it was relatively level up there and quite gorgeous. We decided to hike down but you could certainly take the gondola back down.
If you are staying in Wilderswil, then for sure take your mom to Schynigge Platte! She can sit and have a break here:

I've found Laurel L. Barton's

to be an invaluable resource.
