1 what is the best way to get to jungfrau?
2 will my stp work on their railways?
3 m confused a little about schilthornbahn cable car. Do I take that to grimmelwald and Murren? Then do I take another cable car stechelberg?

No, you're not :-)
You're in Lauterbrunnen. To go to the Jungfraujoch take the train. Go to the station and buy a ticket. The STP will give you a reduction. Best probably to do Lauterbrunnen - Grindelwald Terminal - Eigergletscher - Jungfraujoch - Wengen - Lauterbrunnen.
Schilthornbahn has 4 sections. The first two (Stechelberg - Gimmelwald and Gimmelwald - Mürren) are covered by the STP. Beyond that you need a ticket. STP gives you a reduction.
