Lausanne in a day and a half

Hi everyone. We're spending a day and a half in Lausanne in April. Our time there is short, so asking those who have been there to give your top recommendations. We have Swiss rail passes, so would use a combination of train and bus. Not sure if the boats are running this early in the month. If so, we will figure a way to get out on the lake! My thinking so far in order of priority. Did I miss something?
1.) Chateau de Chillon
2.) Gruyeres
3.) Chocolate Train
4.) Lavaux Wine Terraces - hard to visit without a car? We are wine people!
5.) Montreux and Vevey - will be connecting trains in Montreux
6.) Olympic Museum
7.) Annecy - would really like to see this, but at least 2 hours of travel each way, so if we did this, then this would be one day and the Chateau the following half day

Thanks for your recommendations and suggestions!

Gary,

As Chateau de Chillon is your #1 choice, that should be easy to do by boat, assuming the boat schedules allow. Travel by boat one way and return by train. I didn't check but this website should provide information - https://www.cgn.ch/en/home . As I recall, hotels in Lausanne provide a "metro pass" that will cover your fare on the Funicular down to Ouchy (the port area).

If you have time, a visit to Annecy would be good as well. However that trip will likely be at least 2.5 hours each way, with one connection either using train or bus.
