We will be based in Lake Lugano in the Southern part of Switzerland for 2 days and would love to know what activities or food you enjoyed in that region. Thanks for any help!
Where on the lake are you staying? Time of year? What do you like doing when you travel?
Morcote is a charming town on Lake Lugano. Taking a boat ride from the city of Lugano to Morcote is very nice.

You can also walk along the Olive Grove Trail from Castagnola to Gandria and go by boat (or bus) from Gandria back to Lugano. The trail isn't long or difficult.

If you like art, there's MASI Lugano.

We are staying in Campione d’ Italia and will be there this week! It looks like it will be rainy so that may change our plans. We have two adult children that like to adventure. So maybe a hike or bike ride?
Thank you for your help!
The Verzasca valley is a nice area for hiking.

Looks like rain is most likely on Wed or Thurs of the coming week, but the weather is unpredictable so check regularly.
