In early August, my wife and I will spend 4 nights in Switzerland prior to boarding a Viking ship in Basel. All of our travel will be by train, beginning in Zurich and stopping in Lucerne for a short visit before boarding the Golden Pass to Interlaken. We will then spend the first 2 nights in Lauterbrunnen. From there, we plan to board the Golden Pass to the Lake Geneva area where we will spend 2 nights before traveling to Basel by way of Bern.
