On BernerOberland pass website, there was this FAQ ...
It asked.. "Do I also pay CHF 99 - for a trip to the Jungfraujoch with a Half-Fare Card and a B-O pass??
It answered.."From the Eigergletscher station you pay CHF 75 return. You can buy the ticket online or directly on site."
The B-O pass brochure states it is CHF99 to Jungfraujoch, but on the website it says 75CHF.. what am I missing??

If you have a Facebook account, try posting your question on the "Switzerland Travel Planning Group" page. Someone there may be able to answer your question. Jungfraujoch was not on our itinerary, so I can not help.
You get 25% off on the Jungfraujoch railways with the BO pass, and 50% off with the Half Fare Card.
There is your answer. Buy the Jungfrau tickets with your Half Fare Card, not the BO Pass, to get the 50% off above Kleine Scheidegg.

However, full price for Jungflaujoch is 211.20CHF - so 50% off is above 100CHF..
Looking at FAQ more carefully. it appears it is 100CHF for BO only and 75CHF for BO and 1/2 swiss pass..
To make matters more confusing..

and put in Eigergletscher to Jungflaujoch top of europe w/1/2 swiss pass - it quotes me 63CHF..
It appears it is cheaper to buy ticket from Eigergletscher to Jungfraujoch...anybody know why vast differences in price??
It is not a “vast” difference in price. You are probably comparing apples to oranges, maybe using outdated prices or different starting points ( KS versus EG).
If you have both a BO Pass and a Half Fare Card, all you need to look at is the price from Eigergletscher, because the BO pass will cover the journey up to there for free. From there, the full fare up and back ( return ticket) is 126 CHF. Use the Half fare card to get 50% off, and your return ticket from and back to Eigergletscher is the 63 CHF you saw on SBB. That is the best website for current prices.
